YOU MAKE ME FEEL LIKE DANCING

The Valentine’s Day Ball: an event meant to celebrate the love shared between two lovers. At least that’s what was written on the fancy cards.

Instead, what we got was an event that looked as awkwardly prepared as it was executed especially when it came to the big dance that was supposed to kick off the event.

While no one can say that it was a disaster, the dance was unanimously declared the worst part of the event as it had the F-X racers failing to coordinate themselves with each other. Even the pairs seemed to be at a loss as some of them seemed to possess two left feet.

Jim Kieck proved to be the biggest flop when he announced that he would allow a lady from the crowd to be his partner only for not a single woman to step up. While we suspect that it had more to do with the spotlight than not wanting to have his hands all over them, it certainly looked like the latter as the playboy was forced to sit the dance out. Of course we’d find out later that at least one lady was interested in what Jim Kieck had to offer…

The rest of the evening while it seemed to flow much smoother was a bit of a bore. It had a big formal feeling to it which was the problem. It seems people care more for parties than they do for dinners. Here’s to next time.
