For the first time ever, Monday Night Fuel hosted a contract signing for the upcoming feature-race between King Thorne Oberhauser (who as usual carried his crown under his arm) and Number One Claimant.
While many would complain that the contract signing was yet another attempt at replicating a wrestling trope, there was no denying that the suspense at seeing these two together this close to the race was at a fever pitch.
The contract signing took place on the Infield Stage which has become a mainstay since the beginning of the month.
The biggest highlight of the segment was how it ended with the two opponents ready to hit each other needing to be held back and told to handle it on the circuit.
