THE COMBAT BY CHAMPION

While the F-X reporters believed that Moodswing had pulled out all the stops to increase the drama on last night’s episode of Monday Night Fuel, it turns out they were mistaken when Glenwood Jacobs would up the ante by creating the feature-race of the night on the spot.

After King Thorne and Solo looked to come to blows at the end of their contract signing, having to be pulled off each other, Glenwood decided that he’d had enough and that the two would get a chance to get the edge on each other before the PPV. While we were certain he was going to let them have it in a race for the crown right there, that turned out to not be the case.

Instead, Glenwood announced that the two of them would get to pick one racer on the roster as their champion and have them duke it out in a 15 lap circuit race in the feature-race of the night.

While Solo chose Stevie based on her win two weeks ago and on Arbour Games going on to state he respected her performance against himself three weeks ago, King Thorne made an intriguing chose in Jim Kieck. King Thorne stated that Jim was more motivated and his engine in better shape.
While the whole race may have been a stunt meant to drum up interest, we have to admit that it worked.
