Wound Licking/Ass Kicking

It is very rare that the biggest story to come out of a race on Monday Night Fuel is actually from the losers pool. While loss does breed rivalries, we’ve never made a point not to put a spotlight on any losing team. Last night marked the exception.

Lovers and Haters
When Jim Kieck and Brenda Koek came up short in their race against the Relay Barons in a race for their titles, there appeared to be no hard feelings. However it was clear that Jim Kieck wanted to console his partner regardless and tried to hug her only to be rejected harshly. While Jim would try not to take this too hard, the crowd did not feel the same and let him that that was embarrassing.

These might as well have been Touch’s words when Penny tried to cheer her partner up after their loss by raising his hand only for Touch to lock eyes with her golden helm which Penny took note of. It was a moment that shook the 1000s in attendance as they roared on
