AND THE NEW FORMULA-X RELAY BARONS

Hallow’s Eve saw the birth of the second F-X noble title when Longitude and Latitude defeated Penny Potgieger and Dime in an extremely fast paced race.

The race was a 20 Lap Relay Race and saw Penny and Longitude start off. The First half of the race saw very quick switches between the teams with no delays.

However in the 12th lap, things began to look dire for Latitude when he accidentally jumped the gun forcing the Referee to penalize his partner Longitude from coming out of the pit on his turn by 3 seconds.

While this delay did put Penny & Dime firmly in the lead, this would change when Penny and Longitude would bump tires in the 16th lap.

While Penny seemed not to be affected by the bump, Longitude was and the pit crew were forced to work a few seconds longer to put Tails back onto the blacktop. Unfortunately at exactly the same time, Dime would jump the gun himself forcing a 6 second delay penalty on Penny.

This would put the two teams at neck in neck for the last 3 laps with Longitude managing to pull ahead of Penny in the last stretch winning the race and winning the title.
