It has not been a good month for Penny Potgieter. While she managed to scrape a victory from Jim Kieck last week, the win did not prove to be the beginning of a streak for the young racer.
F-X reporters managed to get a word from Penny regarding her loss at the PPV. “Look, I’ve never been one to blame anybody else for my shortcomings but last night there was more than just me on my side and while Brenda and I do get along, it is possible that we were not cut out to be a team.”
While Penny went on to clarify that she was referencing their inability to communicate during the race, we wonder if there isn’t any further dissension in the ranks brooding.
Following the interview, last night provided the drivers of The Dollar Coin and The Amazing Grace a chance to get a small measure of revenge but to no avail. We can only speculate as to how this will all pan out for next week’s episode of Fuel.
