Tonight marked a historic event: the first episode of the newest sports entertainment franchise: the first episode of MONDAY NIGHT FUEL.
Brought to you by the makers of the Formula-X series: Glenwood Jacobs and Terrance Moodley, the F-X series looks to showcase not only the most thrilling races you have ever seen in open-wheel motorsport but the most entertaining as well.
Glenwood Jacobs and Terrance Moodley are not new names to the open-wheel racing scene as both men have been involved in Auto 1 and Formula 3. And while the two men have never been on the best of terms, it would seem that they’ve put their differences aside to create one of the most-talked about new entities in the country.
The F-X series marks an important moment in South Africa as it is the first time that the African country has had the distinction of creating an original product in the sports entertainment market. In fact the last time that South Africa ventured into sports entertainment was in the late 90s when MTN Gladiators premiered which in itself was borrowed America’s own American Gladiators.
Monday Night Fuel premieres tonight exclusively on the Formula-X Racing Streaming Service at 20:00.
