One on One with Dime
After the shocking revelation last week by Dime who not only revealed that he was in fact gay but also that he had successfully stolen Penny’s crush from right under her, Touch Mkhize decided to have a little chat with Dime.
Touch asked Dime how he felt about the polarized reaction from the fan base. “I’m actually feeling quite good about it. I like the fact that people weigh what I did to Penny on the same level as me coming out of the closet.”
Touch continued by asking how it felt when some member of the fan base rejected his newly announced sexuality. “Well I think that if they’re questioning whether I’m all-man, the answer is yes. Because I was raised to believe that a man is simply someone who’s capable of standing his ground when someone wants to push him over. And that’s me.”
While Touch was a little lenient with the controversial questions he’s become known for, he did manage to ask whether this was a stunt meant to garner a reaction. Dime shocked the live audience by saying yes it was, but it was also absolutely true.
